How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are available on most products. Choose to receive your product every 1, 2, or 3 months and save 10% off the one-time price on every order. By signing up for a subscription, you're agreeing to recurring shipments and charges on the sched

How do I manage, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account and go to your account page to view, edit, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time. Before each renewal, you'll also receive an email letting you know your subscription is about to renew, giving you a chance to make changes

Can I change my subscription delivery frequency or the products in it?

Yes — from your account page, you can edit your subscription's delivery frequency (every 1, 2, or 3 months) and swap the products included, at any time before your next renewal.

When is my subscription card charged, and can I change my payment method?

Your card is charged when each subscription order is placed. Any changes to your subscription, including updating your payment method, are made from your account page.

What if my subscription payment fails?

We'll notify you and automatically retry the charge. If we don't hear from you and the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be cancelled.
