1. Email [email protected] or call (562) 897-1445 with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

2. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product’s original packaging. Include a copy of your packing slip if you still have it.

3. Mail your return to: O Skin Med Spa, 369 Los Cerritos Center, Cerritos, CA 90703.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method — we’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you’d like us to create a return label for you, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Returned products are subject to inspection. All parts, pieces, printed materials, and original packaging must be included, and products must be more than 50% full — please don’t return empty products.

Returns that don’t meet policy criteria won’t qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer or destroyed on request. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
