Please call (562) 897-1445 to cancel an appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service at no charge. Cancellations or changes made after that window are subject to a $40 charge per service, so a valid credit card is required at the time of booking (this also applies to gift card and certificate holders).

Please also plan to arrive on time — late arrivals aren't able to extend their scheduled treatment time, and you'll still be responsible for payment for the full service.
